- Prepare and review supplier scorecards in the supplier management system
- Analyze and process claims and reimbursement requests
- Prepare and submit month end financial reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely conflict resolution
- Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements, and contractual obligations
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program objectives
- Engage proactively with suppliers on open tasks and provide timely resolution
- Act proactively to improve collaboration and compliance throughout the order lifecycle
- Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation using business intelligence
- Assist in preparing monthly performance evaluations for management
- Maintain documentation and data in the supplier management system for audit purposes
Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project delivery)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, logistics, engineering, operations research, or related discipline
- Excellent proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of procurement principles and processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
- Proficiency in JDA tools (demand, execution, order optimization) is an asset

Your Role

Qualifications We Are Looking For
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project delivery).
