Our Expectations

  • The individual responsible for implementing the vendor compliance policy will also be in charge of various vendor performance analysis functions and identifying opportunities to improve related processes.
  • They will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for collecting, entering, reviewing, and analyzing data in order to summarize and report on vendor performance.
  • They will also be responsible for promoting alignment among internal stakeholders through open and inclusive communication.

Your Role

  • Prepare and review vendor scorecards within the vendor management system
  • Analyze and process claims and reimbursement requests
  • Prepare and submit month end financial reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely conflict resolution
  • Ensure the monitoring and communication of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives
  • Actively engage with vendors on open items and provide timely resolution
  • Take a proactive approach to improving collaboration and increasing compliance throughout the order lifecycle
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and contributing to best practices, new tools, process reengineering, and other efficiency driven initiatives
  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reviews for leadership
  • Maintain documentation and data in the vendor management system for audit purposes

Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project delivery)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, logistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of JDA tools (demand, execution, order optimization) is an asset
  • Solid understanding of procurement principles and processes
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset; expertise in solving complex technical problems
  • Strong sense of partnership with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
