About the Role
PSP Investments seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support real estate investment analysis across asset classes. You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions across all asset classes
- Act as a lead in the development of financial models related to real estate investments
- Analyze cash flows, project returns, and impact of different assumptions on performance
- Analyze investment risks and partnership structure
- Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Global Real Estate Committee meetings
- Participate in the due diligence process and summarize external reports
- Participate in drafting administrative documents such as business plans and board presentations
- Collaborate in active management of the Real Estate portfolio, including market research and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or Real Estate combined with strong analytical skills
- One (1) to four (4) years of relevant experience
- Strong financial analytical skills
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
- M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CA or CFA designation are assets
- Experience in analysis of real estate transactions, a definite asset
- Knowledge of ARGUS and @risk software, an asset
