- Collaborate with Value Chain Architect to keep up with technology trends
- Document business cases and milestones including expected benefits
- Track and manage allocated budget
- Manage, structure and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with customers and delivery team
- Articulate customer needs to delivery teams during agile sessions
- Manage customer delivery expectations and meet deadlines
- Remove delivery barriers or report issues to managers
- Contribute to business analysis and solution documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in investment field or pension funds
- Minimum 5 years experience in an agile environment
- Excellent organizational skills and product lifecycle management experience
- Bilingualism: English and French
- Product Owner Certification (e.g., PSPO) is an asset
- CFA or FRM certification is an asset

Your Team
- The selected candidate will be a Product Owner within the Total Fund Solutions value stream in the Technology, Data and Operations (TDO) group.
- Total Fund Solutions supports activities such as strategic portfolio construction, investment mandates, responsible investment, risk management and performance calculation.
About Your Role
- Act as the main point of contact and identify customer needs with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the establishment, maintenance and communication of the product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Value Chain Architect to keep up with technology trends.
- Document business cases and milestones, including expected benefits.
- Track and manage the allocated budget.
- Manage, structure and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with customers and the delivery team.
- Articulate customer needs and their value to delivery teams during agile sessions.
- Manage customer delivery expectations and take action to meet delivery deadlines.
- Remove delivery barriers under your control or report issues to managers.
- Contribute to business analysis and solution documentation.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, graduate studies (M.Sc.) an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the investment field or experience related to pension funds, experience related to strategic portfolio construction a strong asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an agile environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and hands on experience in managing product lifecycle stages (e.g., CVDL).
- Product Owner Certification an asset (e.g., PSPO, etc.).
- CFA or FRM certification, an asset.
- Good active listening skills and communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Team player and ability to collaborate with a positive attitude.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Bilingualism: English and French.
