Responsibilities
- Collaborate with investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions across all asset classes
- Act as a lead in the development of financial models related to real estate investments (debt or equity)
- Analyze cash flows, project returns, impact of assumptions, investment risks, operating budgets, financial statements, and partnership structures
- Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Global Real Estate Committee meetings
- Participate in the due diligence process, summarizing and following up on external reports
- Participate in drafting administrative documents such as business plans and presentations to the Board of Directors
- Collaborate in active management of the Real Estate portfolio, including market research and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Real Estate combined with strong analytical skills
- One (1) to four (4) years of relevant experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
- M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CA or CFA designation are assets
- Experience in analysis of real estate transactions, a definite asset
- Knowledge of ARGUS and @risk software, an asset

About Your Role
- As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Real Estate Investments, you will collaborate with investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions across all asset classes.

- Act as a lead in developing financial models related to real estate investments (debt or equity).
- Analyze cash flows, project returns, impact of assumptions, investment risks, operating budgets, financial statements, and partnership structures.
- Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Global Real Estate Committee meetings.
- Participate in the due diligence process, summarizing and following up on external reports.
- Participate in drafting administrative documents such as business plans and presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate in active management of the Real Estate portfolio, including market research and monitoring.
