About the Role
King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre seeks an Ambulatory Care Representative II to register and confirm patient visits, process paperwork, and provide administrative support in Jeddah.

Responsibilities
- Register all financial letters from Royal Families, companies, embassies, etc.
- Initiate required action on registered letters and financial letters
- Enter patient referrals, faxes, telexes, and mails in the computer
- Receive and greet patients, employees, or visitors as they arrive in the clinic
- Update patient bio data, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
- Register and confirm patient visits using computer system
- Receive walk in patients and take necessary action
- Perform all Appointment Services and Admission functions
- Retrieve patient information from the system as necessary
- Answer patient inquiries and calls, provide assistance, and direct to other services
- Answer telephone calls, convey messages, sort and distribute office mail
- Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration, or High School Education
- No experience required with Bachelor's degree; 1 year with IPA Diploma; 3 years with High School Education
- Saudi National only

Summary
- Receives, registers and confirms patient's visit. Processes all paperwork related to patient appointments and admissions.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Registers all financial letters coming from the Royal Families, Royal Cabinet, companies, General Medical Committees, embassies and other sources.
- Initiates the required action on the registered letters and financial letters.
- Enters all patient referrals, faxes, telexes and mails in the computer.
- Receives and greets patients, employees or visitors as they arrive in the clinic.
- Updates patient's bio data, addresses, telephone number, etc.
- Registers & confirms patient's visit using computer system, and takes necessary action for patient's check in.
- Receives walk in patients and takes necessary action for them.
- Performs all Appointment Services and Admission functions.
- Retrieves patient information from the system as necessary.
- Answers patients and their families inquiries and calls, provides any assistance and directs them to any other services they ask for, i.e., Pharmacy, Laboratory, Social Services, etc.
- Answers telephone calls, conveys messages, sorts and distributes office mail and runs errands.
- Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline, or High School Education is required.
- No Experience required with Bachelor's Degree, one (1) year of related experience with IPA Diploma or three (3) years with High School Education is required.
- Saudi National only.
