Job Purpose
Deliver exceptional service in assigned Al Maha Services areas.
Provide premium customer service to internal and external customers at Hamad International Airport.
Support the Senior Hostess and encourage team members with a positive, proactive attitude.
Operations
- Participate in daily operations under applicable standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with immigration, QAS, airlines, sales, concierge, hotels, and other representatives.
- Maintain product knowledge of Al Maha Services and Qatar Airways Group offerings.
- Assist customers with enquiries about entitlements, lounge access policies, and familiarisation tours.
- Assist the Senior Hostess and cover assigned duties when required.
- Perform tasks related to Fast Track, buggies, porters, bell hosts, flight monitoring, meet-and-assist, and reception services.
- Communicate effectively across colleagues and operational areas.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school graduation is preferred.
- Formal hospitality or service-related education is an added advantage.
- At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in a premium hospitality or service environment is preferred.
Job-Specific Skills
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Command of English is preferred.
- Effective business-like communication skills and a focused attitude.
- Understanding of multicultural working and operating environments.
