Role Overview

Experienced Aircraft Mechanics (LAE) will perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.

Work is performed under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers.

All work must follow approved maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Work Location

  • Work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, lubrication, repairs, and component replacement.
  • Conduct functional and operational testing, troubleshooting, and defect rectification under Licensed Aircraft Engineer supervision.
  • Read and interpret AMM, engineering orders, task cards, IPC, and other technical publications.
  • Complete work using approved maintenance data and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate task records and maintenance documentation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and serviceable condition.
  • Support aircraft turnaround and operational maintenance requirements.
  • Follow safety, quality, regulatory, teamwork, and operational deadline requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, a trade qualification, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, servicing, component removal and installation, and defect rectification.
  • Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Ability to use aircraft maintenance tooling, test equipment, and technical manuals.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance and operational deadlines.
  • B2 Licence is mandatory.

Preferred Requirements

  • Base Maintenance experience, particularly heavy maintenance activities and C-Checks.
  • Experience in a commercial airline, MRO, or Part-145 maintenance environment.
  • Experience on Airbus A320, A350, or A380, or Boeing B777 or B787 aircraft.
  • Experience across multiple aircraft types is highly preferred.
  • Apprenticeship or formal hands-on aircraft maintenance training is an advantage.
