Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI and digital transformation projects and programs.
- Develop PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage AI use cases across business functions.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with business and technology teams.
- Drive initiatives from discovery and business case through proof of concept, implementation, adoption, and go-live.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
