AI Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer (Java)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI architectures using RAG, agents, and automation in microservices and enterprise platforms.
• Implement Spec-Driven Development templates and governance in delivery workflows.
• Build agentic AI use cases and apply responsible AI guardrails.
• Integrate LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings into Java and Spring Boot services.
• Maintain observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specifications.
• Deploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure environments.
• Track KPIs related to AI delivery adoption, quality, and risk.
• Provide playbooks, training, and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Apply security, data-handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, databases, Kafka, and Git-based workflows.
• 1–2+ years of LLM, RAG, or agentic-systems experience in production or enterprise pilots.
• Understanding of Spec-Driven Development concepts and governance practices.
• Experience with Azure services such as AKS and Web Apps, plus CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM providers, prompt engineering, evaluation, and testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React for UI layer integration.
• Practical enterprise experience applying Spec-Driven Development.
• Knowledge of observability in AI pipelines and secure rollouts.
