- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities where innovation and advanced technologies can create value.
- Proactively identify and promote innovative approaches leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
- Challenge and enrich customer requirements by proposing alternative solution approaches when relevant.
- Position innovation as a key enabler of business transformation within the Saudia ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and deliver proof of concepts (PoCs) or prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions and validate feasibility.
- Select appropriate technologies and tools to rapidly experiment and iterate on solution concepts.
- Demonstrate prototypes to customer stakeholders and gather structured feedback.
- Evaluate scalability, feasibility, and potential impact of innovation initiatives.
- Support the transition of validated PoCs into scalable solutions in collaboration with global teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and digital innovation.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in technical roles focused on AI, machine learning, digital solutions, or innovation driven development.
- Experience building prototypes or proof of concepts in real world environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into innovative and technically feasible solutions.
- Experience working in cross functional and international environments.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to prototype.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.

- Ensure initiatives are aligned with customer architecture and strategic direction.
- Contribute to defining implementation approaches during the transition from prototype to delivery.
- Balance innovation ambition with practical applicability and business value.
What we are looking for
