- Establish AI governance protocols aligned with Responsible AI principles
- Define AI risk taxonomy and risk tiering frameworks
- Design AI assurance processes, audit trails, and governance evidence packs
- Integrate AI governance checkpoints into release and change management processes
- Conduct AI risk assessments for AI/LLM applications
- Define governance controls for high risk AI use cases
- Collaborate with QA, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure responsible deployment of AI systems
- Produce governance reports and support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 7–9 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or IT Assurance
- Hands on experience in AI Governance or Responsible AI initiatives
- Familiarity with UAE data protection regulations and AI governance expectations is highly desirable

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced AI Governance & Risk Lead to establish and oversee AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and risk based assurance for enterprise AI solutions.
- The successful candidate will define AI governance frameworks, map Responsible AI principles to operational controls, establish AI risk models, and ensure AI systems comply with organizational, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
