- Design and deliver advanced AI driven solutions with a strong focus on building AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise AI platforms
- Integrate AI models, develop scalable solutions, and drive automation across the organisation
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI agent solutions, defining architectures, orchestration workflows, and deployment standards
- Build agentic AI capabilities that enable autonomous decision making and intelligent task execution
- Develop and integrate AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector based retrieval systems
- Embed AI solutions into enterprise platforms (such as watsonx, Copilot, and similar ecosystems) to create seamless, end to end intelligent workflows
- Drive automation and enhance operational efficiency through AI led innovation
- Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering with an AI/ML focus
- Hands on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Solid system integration experience
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including RAG and vector search
- Practical, delivery focused mindset comfortable moving from concept to production

- Proven experience working with enterprise AI platforms and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with solid system integration experience.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including RAG and vector search.
- Practical, delivery focused mindset comfortable moving from concept to production.
