Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, or related technical roles
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands on experience building AI solutions with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases, model deployment, and data pipelines
- Experience with Microsoft/Azure AI ecosystem including Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, and document processing
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and AI deployment
- Knowledge of enterprise security, data governance, and IT standards
- Industry experience integrating AI with platforms like Unanet, Procore, or Fieldpoint

Your experience and skills
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, or related technical roles with strong Python programming skills
- Hands on experience building AI Solutions with large language models, agentic frameworks (LangChain), retrieval augmented generation, vector databases, model deployment, data pipelines, and AI solution infrastructure
- Experience working within the Microsoft / Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search, document processing and search solutions
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and AI deployment, along with knowledge of enterprise security, data governance, and IT standards
- Industry and business systems experience, including integrating AI with platforms such as Unanet, ideally in construction, engineering, or project based environments with document heavy workflow
