- Stay ahead of the tooling landscape and bring new approaches to the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a technical or operations role with hands on experience building workflow automations and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to ship production grade automations
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
- Comfortable working with data to define metrics and drive decisions
- Direct experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent configuration is a strong plus
- Fintech or SaaS operations experience preferred

Position Summary

- You design and ship the automations, agent configurations, and AI powered workflows that make our ops teams faster and more consistent.
- You own the build, from scoping to deploying something that works in production.

About You
- 3–5 years in a technical or operations role with hands on automation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production grade automations.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Fintech or SaaS operations experience preferred.

Base Salary Range
- CAD 88,000 CAD 111,000 annually.
- Target bonus is 10% of base salary.
- Expected total compensation: CAD 96,800 CAD 122,100 annually.
