- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
- Manage inventory levels, product display, and coordination with suppliers
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in all branches
- Coordinate between branches to ensure consistency in pricing, service, and branding
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Report directly to senior management with regular performance updates
Requirements
- Experience in showroom or retail management
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
