About the Role
The Emirates Group seeks an Agile Delivery Manager to lead scrum teams and drive delivery of technology solutions. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, managing vendor relationships, and coaching teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review, and coach team members to optimize efficiency of the Release Train team
- Blend traditional project management principles with Agile development approach to fit initiatives of all sizes
- Build a trusting and safe environment, using servant leadership to support the team
- Lead supplier engagement and governance, including defining SoWs, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and managing vendor performance
- Drive Quality and ensure Definition of Done is followed; maintain agile project management tool
- Assist in team development through holding teams accountable, removing roadblocks, and mentoring team members
- Support Technical Product Manager in managing business expectations and product backlog
- Define and manage process improvement initiatives for Agile Delivery Management
- Assist with cost estimation and sizing exercises for near term and future initiatives
- Support RFx phases in procurement process and scheduling activities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation
- Experience in agile delivery within the context of a large technology change programmes
- Certified SAFe and PMI ACP with 5+ years of practical application of Scrum Management discipline
- Well versed in ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Good architectural knowledge of large scale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on leader with strong people skills

- The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organising and motivating scrum teams to achieve high performance and quality in delivery.
In this role you will
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review, and play a consultative role to support the Agile framework.
- Act as a Champion in blending traditional project management principles with Agile development approach.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame.
- Lead supplier engagement and governance, including defining SoWs, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and managing vendor performance.
- Drive Quality and ensure the Definition of Done is being followed.
- Assist in team development through holding teams accountable and removing roadblocks.
- Support Technical Product Manager in managing business expectations and product backlog.
- Define and manage a well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with cost estimation and sizing exercises for near term and future initiatives.

Qualification
