About the Role
The Emirates Group is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead scrum teams and drive agile delivery of technology solutions. The role involves facilitating PI planning, coaching teams, managing backlogs, and ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review
- Coach team members to optimize efficiency of the Release Train team
- Blend traditional project management with Agile development approach
- Build a trusting and safe environment, using servant leadership
- Lead Integrated Programme Planning and decompose Epic Roadmaps into Features
- Drive Quality and ensure Definition of Done is followed
- Maintain agile project management tool (e.g., JIRA)
- Assist in team development, remove roadblocks, mentor team members
- Support Technical Product Manager in managing business expectations and transparency
- Define and manage well defined process and champion continuous improvement
- Assist with cost estimation and prepare total cost of ownership
- Support RFx phases in procurement process
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certified SAFe and PMI ACP
- 5+ years of practical application of Scrum Management discipline
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams
- Experience in agile delivery within large technology change programmes
- Well versed in tools like ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Good architectural knowledge of large scale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on leader with strong people skills

- The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organising and motivating scrum teams to achieve high performance and quality in delivering value to end users.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review, and play a consultative role to support the Agile framework.
- Act as a Champion in blending traditional project management principles with Agile development approach.
- Build a trusting and safe environment using servant leadership style.
- Lead Integrated Programme Planning and decompose Epic Roadmaps into Features.
- Drive Quality and ensure Definition of Done is followed.
- Assist in team development, remove roadblocks, and mentor team members.
- Support Technical Product Manager in managing business expectations and transparency.

Qualification
