About the Role
Emirates Group IT is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead for SkyCargo to lead AI-driven in-house development initiatives. The role requires strong experience in aviation cargo or logistics, Scrum Master certification, and proven leadership in agile delivery within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives; facilitates agile ceremonies
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies removing impediments / blockers to ensure optimal flow of value
- Guide the team on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values; assess Scrum Maturity and coach the team to higher levels
- Work collaboratively with Technical Product Owners to refine, clarify and maintain the product backlog
- Support Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency in both product backlog and schedule
- Define and manage a well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for Agile Delivery Management
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done (DOD) is being followed; maintain an agile project management tool (ScrumDesk, JIRA, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree or Honours or equivalent in Computer Science or similar
- Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical application of Scrum Management discipline
- 5 years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small medium technology change program
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams
- Well versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent Communication Skills, focusing on core Scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
- Aviation Cargo or Logistics domain experience is preferred

Job Purpose
- We are hiring a Delivery Lead with strong experience in Aviation Cargo or Logistics to lead large scale, AI driven in house development initiatives.
- The role also requires proven expertise in managing RFT processes, vendor selection, and end to end implementation of technology solutions.
- The Agile Delivery Lead will perform the role of Scrum Master developing and leading a high performing multidiscipline team.

Qualifications
- Degree or Honours or equivalent in a subject related to Computer Science or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline.
- 5 years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small medium technology change program.
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
- Well versed in the use of tools of software delivery eg MS OFFICE suite JIRA Confluence etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills, focusing on core Scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Aviation Cargo or Logistics domain experience is preferred.
