Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from technical product backlog to Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments/blockers
- Guide team on use of Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Assess Scrum Maturity of team and coach to higher levels
- Promote empowerment of team and encourage sustainable pace
- Work collaboratively with Technical Product Owners to refine, clarify, and maintain product backlog
- Support Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency
- Define and manage well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are followed
- Maintain agile project management tool (ScrumDesk, JIRA, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience as Scrum Master leading high performing teams
- Experience in end to end delivery of initiatives including vendor led projects and in house product enhancements
- Knowledge of agile ceremonies and practices
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Proficiency in agile project management tools like JIRA or ScrumDesk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Purpose

- As an Agile Delivery Lead Airline Operations, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of initiatives that span vendor led CAPEX projects, in house product enhancements, support releases, and technical debt reduction.
- You will work closely with strategic vendor partners to manage delivery timelines, budgets, and quality.
- You will drive delivery governance across internal and supplier teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives; facilitates agile ceremonies.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments/blockers to ensure optimal flow of value.
- Guide the team on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight the business.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.
- Promotes empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution.
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Product Owners to refine, clarify, and maintain the product backlog.
- Support the Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency.
- Define and manage a well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done (DOD) are being followed.
- Maintains an agile project management tool (ScrumDesk, JIRA, etc.).
