- Lead and inspire a high performing aftersales team to consistently achieve revenue, productivity, and profitability targets
- Drive operational excellence across the service center, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Champion a customer first culture, leveraging insights and feedback to improve NPS and retention
- Oversee branch P&L, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across workshop, parts, CRM, and leadership teams to align on business priorities
- Build, coach, and develop talent—creating a strong pipeline of future leaders within the business
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, HSSE requirements, and operational policies
- Continuously optimize processes, capacity, and resource utilization to deliver best in class service
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within automotive aftersales or service operations
- Strong commercial mindset with hands on experience managing P&L and delivering growth
- Deep understanding of dealership aftersales processes and customer lifecycle
- Data driven approach with ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for developing people and leading high performance teams
- Experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong systems proficiency (ERP/reporting tools)
