Aftermarket Sales Engineer

What You Will Do

• Drive service and spare parts revenue growth by managing customer accounts and expanding business opportunities
• Develop technical proposals for overhaul solutions including winches and hoists
• Identify and target new customers while re-engaging with inactive accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles including quotations, negotiations, and order fulfillment
• Ensure timely delivery of customer requirements while maintaining strong service quality and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key Oil & Gas and industrial customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workshop utilization and efficient service delivery
• Required skills to be successful
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of compressed air systems and industrial equipment
• Proven ability in aftermarket sales and service operations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management and account development skills
• Good understanding of SAP and aftermarket service processes
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• About the team
• You will be part of the Power & Industrial Products Division within FAMCO, supporting a high-performing team focused on delivering reliable aftermarket solutions to customers across the UAE.
• The team works closely with service, workshop, and operations functions to ensure high-quality delivery and strong customer satisfaction within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.
