Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Client's advocacy and government affairs strategy in alignment with organizational priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, regulatory authorities, business leaders, and key stakeholders
- Lead policy advocacy initiatives and oversee development of position papers, recommendations, and regulatory responses
- Direct and support sector specific working groups, ensuring member insights are translated into impactful policy proposals
- Oversee governance and engagement of business councils and associations
- Drive effective public sector engagement and facilitate resolution of member concerns related to regulations and policies
- Represent the Client at government meetings, regulatory consultations, industry forums, and strategic stakeholder engagements
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities and risks
- Foster collaboration across internal departments for unified advocacy efforts
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team while ensuring operational excellence
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory advocacy, public private partnerships, or economic development
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role

Job Overview

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory advocacy, public private partnerships, or economic development.
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
