About the Role
ElevenLabs seeks an Adoption Strategist to drive customer adoption of AI voice and agent products in the Middle East. You will build scalable implementation processes, develop deep product expertise, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption metrics.

Responsibilities
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes
- Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
- Proactively audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations
- Track and drive key adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to develop data driven strategies
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
- Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy
- Partner with leadership on high impact initiatives supporting the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI native company
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer facing products
- Track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up
- Extremely analytical with ability to identify trends and drive data driven strategies
- Comfortable driving cross functional outcomes without direct authority
- Experience managing a high volume book of business at scale, mid market or commercial segment
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic is a big plus

About the Role
- Brand new Adoption Strategist role at intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and implementation.
- Work directly with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of core use cases.
- Must be genuinely technical and deep in the product without writing code or owning accounts.
- Builder role for someone extremely analytical and advanced with AI tools.
