About the Role

- Respond to day to day operational and administrative requests from internal stakeholders across departments.
- Help maintain smooth workflow across functions by coordinating tasks, tracking follow ups, and supporting process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience within the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, or similar tools.

Overview Of The Role
- As an Administrative Executive, you will play a key role in supporting day to day automotive operations and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple business functions.

- Good understanding of sales support, administrative coordination, and operational processes.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing, reconciliations, and cross functional follow up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
What Equips You For The Role
- You will ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with prior experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience within the automotive industry will be an advantage, particularly if you have worked with sales processes, invoices, reconciliation support, or system testing activities in a dynamic business setting.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
