- Assist in preparation of selection and recruitment of administrative and clerical staff
- Handle complaints and inquiries from outside the Department, research and respond to requests
- Conduct studies, perform special projects, evaluate administrative functions and recommend operational improvements
Requirements
- Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration or related discipline
- Four years of related experience with Master's, six years with Bachelor's, or eight years with Associate Degree/Diploma
- Saudi National only

Summary
- Provides administrative and professional support in managing the day to day operations of the assigned area. Performs and completes special administrative tasks as assigned. Assists and facilitates the flow of work for the in line staff of the same area.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides full administrative support to the Department Head/Director/Executive Director and other section specialists.
- Communicates and coordinates with management and departments on all inquiries concerning administrative work.
- Assists and participates in performance improvement plans for the Department.
- Assumes primary responsibility for key administrative tasks; provides information for evaluation and revision of Internal Policies and Procedures (IPP).
- Assists in the preparation of the selection and recruitment of administrative and clerical staff. Liaises with Local and International Recruitment to locate candidates and arrange applicant interviews.
- Handles complaints and inquiries from outside the Department; researches, and responds to requests or refers complaints and requests to other staff as necessary.
- Conducts studies, performs special projects, evaluates administrative functions and recommends operational involvements, as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Master's, Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
- Four (4) years of related experience with Master's, six (6) years with Bachelor's or eight (8) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
