Our Contract Resources team in Rockingham has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting site operations through payroll processing, invoicing, purchase order management, reporting, and general administrative support.
Working closely with operational and finance teams, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume transactions while supporting a blue-collar workforce in a fast-paced industrial service environment.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in site administration, industrial administration, mining administration, payroll, accounts, or finance support roles
Demonstrated experience processing bulk payroll and high-volume timesheet entries
Experience supporting blue-collar employees within an industrial environment
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Invoicing and accounts administration experience
