Coordinate relevant tasks for the smooth functioning of the Vehicle Sales Department.
Ensure documentation control for the Vehicle Sales Department.
Sales Administration
- Develop, plan, and implement sales administration processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all franchises.
- Prepare vehicle-sales analysis and reports supporting procurement, stock control, pricing, sales, and budget decisions.
- Review and provide regular reports, data, and analysis for principals and management.
Logistics and Registration
- Oversee shipping coordination with logistics and stock movement from PDI to the showroom.
- Ensure measures are in place to minimise delivery time.
- Ensure company and customer vehicle registration is completed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor VCC and Hayaza release and ensure timely invoicing.
Controls and Customer Issues
- Check that finance and insurance deal documents are submitted according to prescribed guidelines.
- Conduct monthly and yearly physical-stock audits and reconciliations.
- Review and act on internal and external auditor queries.
- Handle critical problems, major customer complaints, and escalated issues to support timely resolution.
Team Leadership
- Guide and motivate subordinates to improve performance and work quality.
- Support continuous subordinate development for progression to higher-level roles.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate qualification, preferably in Commerce.
- Seven to ten years of overall administration experience, including at least two to three years in a managerial capacity.
- Three to four years of automotive-industry experience.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
