Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier settlements
- Manage collections and cash flow by monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts
- Supervise account reconciliations of customer accounts, vendor statements, subsidiary ledgers, and general ledger
- Resolve payment and billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments
- Monitor credit and vendor management, assess customer creditworthiness, and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepare financial reports and analysis on accounts receivable, accounts payable, aging, cash flow, and collections
- Lead and support the finance team by supervising daily accounting operations and driving continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable and payable
- Knowledge of financial controls and reconciliation
- Ability to supervise and lead a team

What You'll Do
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable activities: ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier settlements.
- Manage collections and cash flow: monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and collaborate to optimize collections.
- Supervise account reconciliations: review and approve reconciliations of customer accounts, vendor statements, subsidiary ledgers, and general ledger.
- Resolve payment and billing discrepancies: investigate and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and account disputes.
- Monitor credit and vendor management: support credit control activities, assess customer creditworthiness, maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis: generate accounts receivable, accounts payable, aging, cash flow, and collection reports.
- Lead and support the finance team: supervise daily accounting operations, provide guidance, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
