Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's broker network
- Identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage firms and real estate brokers
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key broker partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and provide ongoing support
- Ensure brokers are well informed about company projects, launches, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate internally to facilitate broker registration, documentation, and commission related matters
- Organize and conduct broker meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Monitor broker performance and implement initiatives to increase productivity and sales
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the broker experience
- Prepare regular reports and market intelligence updates for senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, broker relations, or real estate partnerships within the UAE
- Strong network within the UAE real estate sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage landscape
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
