Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Account Relationship Manager – Broker Relations – Business Development.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with real estate brokers and brokerage firms across the UAE.
  • The role focuses on expanding DAMAC’s broker network, identifying new partnership opportunities, driving broker onboarding and engagement, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s broker network.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage firms and real estate brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key broker partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and provide ongoing support.
  • Promote DAMAC projects, launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate broker registration, documentation, and commission related matters.
  • Organize and conduct broker meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor broker performance and implement initiatives to increase productivity and sales.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the broker experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and market intelligence updates for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Broker Relations, Account Management, or Real Estate.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and brokerage landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development, broker relations, or real estate partnerships is preferred.
  • Strong professional network within the UAE real estate sector is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
