Role Overview
Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer invoicing, receivables reconciliation, and payment monitoring across international operations.

Overview
Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer invoicing, receivables reconciliation, and payment monitoring across international operations.
The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, numerical accuracy, and disciplined financial administration.
You will work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to maintain accurate customer accounts, monitor outstanding receivables, and support timely reconciliation of incoming payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and receivable records.
- Prepare and review customer invoices and supporting documentation.
- Record and allocate incoming customer payments.
- Reconcile customer account balances.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and payment due dates.
- Investigate payment and invoicing discrepancies.
- Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports.
- Coordinate account information with Commercial teams.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate payment and reconciliation records.
- Support month-end accounts receivable activities.
