Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **AR & AP Executive** with a strong **retail background** to manage end-to-end receivables and payables functions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail finance operations, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with UAE financial practices.
Accounts Receivable (Ar)
- Manage **customer accounts**, invoicing, and collections
- Monitor **aging reports** and follow up on overdue payments
- Reconcile **customer ledgers** and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales and store teams on credit customers
- Prepare **monthly AR reports** and cash flow forecasts
Accounts Payable (Ap)
- Process **vendor invoices**, ensuring accuracy and approvals
- Manage **supplier payments** and payment schedules
- Reconcile **supplier statements**
- Handle petty cash and expense verification
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
General Accounting
- Perform **bank reconciliations**
- Assist in **month-end closing**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE VAT regulations**
- Work closely with internal departments (stores, warehouse, procurement)
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail accounting (MANDATORY)**
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounts receivable & payable processes
- UAE VAT regulations
- ERP systems (Navision SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
