We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of payroll experience in the UAE
- Strong retail industry background
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and payroll compliance
- Experience managing payroll for a large workforce
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
- Handle payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and final settlements
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for accurate payroll data
Experience
- Payroll Specialist : 7 years (Preferred)
