- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze sales reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve performance
- Monitor key retail metrics including conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance discussions, and feedback sessions
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and daily performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure smooth daily store operations according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate stock management, including stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure the store follows brand visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail
- Strong experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of fashion retail operations, customer service, and visual merchandising
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is required

Job Purpose
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Female Store Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead our fashion retail store operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store performance, developing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer engagement.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve business objectives.

Store Operations
- Ensure smooth daily store operations according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock management, including stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Monitor stock availability and minimize stock loss and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
- Ensure the store follows brand visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain excellent store presentation, product displays, and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the VM team to ensure seasonal launches and promotions are executed effectively.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of store resources.
- Communicate store updates, challenges, and achievements with the Area Manager.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail.
