We are looking for an experienced **Store Manager** to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, visual standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT)
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated complaints
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
- Coordinate with head office for promotions, manpower, and stock requirements
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Sales-driven with good understanding of retail KPIs
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
