Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all retail locations
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations
- Conduct physical stock counts and cycle counts according to company schedules
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
- Coordinate stock transfers between stores and warehouses
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipts, returns, and adjustments
- Analyze inventory reports and identify slow moving, fast moving, and obsolete stock
- Work closely with purchasing and merchandising teams to maintain optimum stock levels
- Monitor shrinkage and recommend measures to reduce stock loss
- Prepare inventory reports for management, highlighting KPIs and stock variances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, or warehouse management
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Job Summary
- The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across retail stores and warehouses.
- This role ensures stock accuracy, monitors inventory movements, minimizes stock losses, and supports efficient replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all retail locations
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations
- Conduct physical stock counts and cycle counts according to company schedules
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
- Coordinate stock transfers between stores and warehouses
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipts, returns, and adjustments
- Analyze inventory reports and identify slow moving, fast moving, and obsolete stock
- Work closely with purchasing and merchandising teams to maintain optimum stock levels
- Monitor shrinkage and recommend measures to reduce stock loss
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
- Prepare inventory reports for management, highlighting KPIs and stock variances
- Support annual stock audits and external audit requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, or warehouse management
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar inventory management software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Experience
- Experience in fashion, or multi brand retail environments
- Knowledge of barcode systems, RFID technology, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience coordinating inventory across multiple store locations
