Position Summary
Accounting Clerk responsible for checking accounting entries, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial information management.
The position is non-management and supports accounting operations in a hotel environment.

Accounting Responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Organize and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Maintain electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computers.
- Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
