Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote and enforce recreation facility rules and regulations.
• Monitor activities and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Process payments for recreation activities, equipment rentals, facility rentals, and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions, group activities, and events.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Clean and maintain recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification are required.
• Recreation equipment certification or training is required.
• Complete certifications or training required by local and state agencies.

Workplace and Physical Requirements

• The position is based at Dubai Parks & Resorts in Dubai.
• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.
• The role requires moving through narrow, confined, elevated, sloping, uneven, or slippery spaces.
• The role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds independently.
