Provide food and beverage service that creates memorable and unique guest experiences.
The position is full time, non-management, and located onsite at Dubai Parks & Resorts.
Guest Service Duties
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Make guest transactions part of the overall dining experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is listed.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Service Standards
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Read and visually verify menu information and take a hands-on approach to work.
