Accounting & Administration Manager – UAE (On-site)
We are looking for an experienced accounting and administration manager to lead Finance Operations in the UAE
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- 2–3 years in a senior finance role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
- Hands-on experience with external audits and UAE government portals.
- Experience managing PRO, licensing, immigration, and labor-related processes.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the full accounting cycle, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA requirements
- Coordinate external audits and implement strong internal controls
- Oversee trade licenses, visas, labor, and other government-related processes
- Manage office administration, procurement, contracts, insurance, and facilities
- Support HR administration, employee records, and payroll compliance
