Role overview

The Full Stack Developer role focuses on end-to-end web application development using Next.js, React, Java, and Spring Boot.

The position requires frontend and backend architecture, secure integrations, database development, testing, maintainable code, and AI-assisted development practices.

Mandatory skills

  • Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with SQL databases, database design, and query optimization.
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
  • Experience with JWT authentication and authorization and Spring Security.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, unit and integration testing, and clean coding practices.
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistants and agents, including reviewing, validating, and improving AI-generated code.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with BPM tools and enterprise application integrations is beneficial.
  • AI-assisted workflows for testing, debugging, refactoring, code review, and documentation are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using Next.js, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable, secure, reusable, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and external services.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate across the development lifecycle from requirements and implementation through testing and deployment.
