Role Overview

The role is a Full Stack Developer focused on Next.js, React and Spring Boot.

The position involves end-to-end web application development across frontend and backend systems.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience with Next.js, React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with SQL databases, database design and query optimization.
  • Understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
  • Experience with JWT authentication and authorization and Spring Security.
  • Knowledge of Git, unit and integration testing and clean coding practices.
  • Practical use of AI coding assistants and agents, including validation and improvement of generated code.

Good to Have

  • Experience with BPM tools and enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience using AI-assisted workflows for testing, debugging, refactoring, code review and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using Next.js/React and Java/Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable, secure, reusable and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, authentication and external services.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, performance, security and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate from requirements and implementation through testing and deployment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Next.js, React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with SQL databases, database design and query optimization.
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
