Job Purpose
Undertake accounting duties and prepare periodic statements in compliance with approved financial policies, standards, and procedures.
The position is part of the Finance function at ADNOC Drilling and is based in Abu Dhabi.

Accounting Accountabilities
- Prepare accounting records and financial statements according to company policies, procedures, and timelines.
- Maintain ledgers, statements, accounting policies, procedures, and standards.
- Arrange payments and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Check, balance, and verify computer input data before transactions are processed.
- Assign accounting codes or cost centers to transactions.
- Reconcile accounts periodically for recording accuracy.
- Verify supplier invoice amounts against contracts and submit payment documents.
- Ensure allocations comply with the Chart of Accounts Manual.
- Prepare cash flow projections to support liquidity planning.
External Relationships
Communicate with consultants, third-party service providers, and government agencies as required.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Six years of experience.
