Join a growing Health and Wellness group operating six clinics across the UAE.
The role combines hands-on accounting, financial analysis, business reporting, and management information.
The position supports senior management with commercial and operational decision-making through accurate records and clear insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records across six clinic locations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports.
- Produce financial and operational reports for senior management.
- Analyze clinic revenue, costs, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support VAT, audit, and UAE compliance requirements.
- Improve financial reporting processes and provide commercial analysis for expansion and investment decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in accounting, financial analysis, or management reporting.
- Experience preparing management accounts and analyzing P&L performance.
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of financial and operational data.
- Experience creating management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Confidence presenting financial information to senior management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is highly desirable.
- Healthcare, clinic, health and wellness, hospitality, or multi-site business experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary budget is 15,000–20,000 AED per month, plus medical benefits, visa, and bonus.
