Role Overview
Join a leading interior design company as a Senior Interior / FF&E Designer based in Dubai.
Develop high-end interior concepts, select and specify FF&E, manage design packages, and support delivery to high creative and technical standards.
Work across multiple projects from concept through final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior concepts from initial brief through completion.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, furniture concepts, and presentation packages.
- Manage FF&E specifications, schedules, and procurement selections.
- Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and bespoke items.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, procurement teams, architects, technical teams, and project managers.
- Prepare design documentation, layouts, furniture plans, and presentation materials.
- Review samples, finishes, product specifications, shop drawings, technical submissions, and material approvals.
- Present concepts to clients and support site inspections and installation.
- Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong interior design and FF&E experience and previous senior design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.
- Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of design development and project delivery.
- Experience producing FF&E schedules and specification packages.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D software, or other design platforms is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, visual awareness, communication, and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary budget is AED 20,000–25,000 per month.
- Benefits include visa, medical coverage, and flights.
