What you will be doing
- Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding experience for technicians and other hires.
- Own employee experience through probation reviews, feedback, and one-to-one engagement.
- Maintain company culture through recognition, rituals, and operating standards.
- Track MOHRE contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance, and UAE labour law compliance.
- Run recruitment pipelines, scheduling, scorecards, references, and offers.
- Support a multicultural field-based workforce of technicians and engineers.
About you
- 3-5+ years of HR or people operations experience in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, visa processing, WPS, and UAE labour law.
- Experience supporting a multicultural, field-based workforce of technicians and engineers.
- Experience building and maintaining onboarding, tracking, and review processes.
Salary and benefits
- Salary budget is 12,000-19,000 AED per month, dependent on experience.
- The package includes medical coverage, visa support, and flights.
