The employer is recruiting Delivery Drivers for a fast-growing last-mile delivery operation supporting a leading e-commerce business.
Drivers will collect, transport, and deliver customer parcels safely, accurately, and on time across assigned delivery areas.
Drivers represent the business directly with customers, so a professional and customer-focused approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
- Complete daily delivery routes efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
- Load and organise parcels securely before leaving the delivery station.
- Deliver packages accurately to residential and commercial customers.
- Use a smartphone and delivery or navigation applications to manage routes and deliveries.
- Obtain delivery confirmation and accurately update delivery information.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow UAE road-traffic laws and company health and safety procedures.
- Carry out basic daily vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance issues.
- Handle parcels carefully and responsibly.
- Maintain high standards of punctuality, reliability, and attendance.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Requirements
- A valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Previous driving or delivery experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and residential areas.
- Comfort using GPS, Google Maps, and smartphone-based delivery applications.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Physical fitness sufficient to load, unload, and carry parcels.
- Reliability, punctuality, independent working ability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
