Role Overview
Administrative Executive role supporting a Dubai-based food and beverage business serving individual customers and corporate clients.
The role focuses on customer communication, B2C enquiries, B2B invoicing, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2C enquiries through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to questions about products, orders, deliveries, and general matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer information, enquiry details, B2B records, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including basic reporting and data entry.
- Prepare, check, and follow up on B2B invoices when required.
- Follow up with customers and business clients and support smooth daily administration.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic invoicing systems.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
