Job Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance across real estate, facility management, and hospitality operations.
The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost control, and industry-specific financial practices to ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Coordinate with Finance Manager in related to all financial activaties to ensure the payment of vendors.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and collections for FM contracts and property leasing.
- Monitor revenue streams from real estate and hospitality operations.
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Process payroll in coordination with HR regarding deduction & addition.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.
- Track service contracts, vendor payments, and purchase orders.
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting (Real Estate / FM / Hospitality preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar).
- Good understanding of financial reporting and cost control.
- Experience with invoicing for contracts and leasing operations.
- Knowledge of Qatar financial regulations and WPS is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-entity or group company accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
